Design MineEight steps, one factory. Here is exactly what happens between your inquiry and the boards arriving at your warehouse — no surprises, no hidden stages.
Tell us what you need
Share your product idea, target market, approximate quantity, and delivery timeline. The more context you give us, the faster we can quote accurately.
Align on look and geometry
We review your graphic files and shape specs. If you don't have artwork yet, our design team can create or refine the board profile, sidecut, and topsheet layout together with you.
Lock in the build sheet
We confirm core species, fiberglass schedule, carbon placement, base grade, edge hardness, and topsheet finish. Every parameter is written into a signed production spec before any material is cut.
First board out of the press
A physical sample is pressed using your confirmed spec and artwork. Standard and complex samples typically take approximately 3 weeks, subject to final specification confirmation. The sample is photographed and measured before shipment.
You ride it, you sign off
Evaluate flex, pop, base flatness, edge sharpness, and graphic fidelity. Request adjustments if needed — we revise and re-press until the sample matches your expectations.
Full run on the press line
After sample approval and payment, your order enters the production queue and production-related work begins. Production timing is confirmed according to quantity and order timing, including during peak season.
Six gates before it ships
Finished boards go through IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC checkpoints. Flex deviation, base flatness, edge bond, cosmetic defects, and weight are all logged against your spec.
Ready to hit the shelves
Boards are waxed, serialized, and packed to your packaging spec. We coordinate freight with your forwarder or arrange sea / air shipping directly to your warehouse.
Low minimums, fast sampling, transparent lead times, full inspection, and a real warranty policy — because the risk of a new supplier should never fall entirely on the buyer.

Request a physical sample before placing your bulk order. Hold it, flex it, ride it — we want you to be certain before production begins. Sample cost is credited back on confirmed bulk orders.

Every board is checked before it leaves the factory — edge geometry, flex consistency, base finish, topsheet adhesion, and cosmetic quality. Nothing ships with a defect we missed.
We back every OEM order with a clear warranty policy and responsive after-sales support. If something isn't right on arrival, we resolve it — replacement, credit, or rework, your choice.
A four-stage QC system covers every Future Snow snowboard & ski — from incoming raw material through to outgoing inspection. Nothing leaves the building without passing every gate.
Every newly designed product goes through rigorous laboratory function tests and long-term snow-field tests. Only when every indicator meets our spec does the product enter the market — for rider safety and the pleasure of skiing.
Only good raw materials produce good products. 90% of our materials are imported — top sheet, base, steel edges, epoxy resin, rubber strip, ink. Suppliers are best-in-class and incoming material is inspected against strict standards.
A quality assurance system spans the entire pipeline — raw material to semi-finished to finished product. Refined control over every component keeps the build sheet honest and the press cycle repeatable.
Every ski or snowboard goes through a battery of final checks — flex, edge, base, weight, cosmetics. If a snowboard doesn't pass, it doesn't leave the building.
