Confirm: Materials, pricing, timing and delivery arrangements.

Send us your ideas, text, images, logo or brand references. Our designer develops the artwork and refines it with your feedback until you approve the final version.

Design refund support is subject to the terms agreed for your order.

We prepare topsheet and base print demos for you to check the artwork, proportions and colors. Final topsheet and base materials are produced only after your approval.

We build additional units into sample and bulk production to help reduce delays caused by defective products.

Delay compensation is subject to the terms agreed for your order.

For custom tip, waist or tail flex, special wood cores or other specific flex requirements, we first build and test an unprinted prototype before making your finished sample.

When required: Refine and retest until the agreed flex requirements are met.

We send high-resolution photos and videos of your finished sample for review. Once you approve it for dispatch, we pack it and arrange shipping.

Before dispatch: Review the finished product and confirm shipment.

After delivery, inspect the sample and test its performance on snow where possible. Share your feedback, then discuss bulk production once the sample meets your requirements.
