  • Base Inspection & Waxing

    • Inspect the base surface
    • Review surface condition
    • Wax sintered bases

    Both base types are inspected. Waxing applies to sintered bases.

    Inspect the base for uneven areas, insufficient grinding and over-grinding.

    Complete the specified finishing details and review the finished product.

    Digital scale readings recorded while weighing sampled products.

    Before final packing, randomly selected products are weighed to check weight deviation within ±20 g.
